Une excellente surprise à Lyon ! Nous avons déjeuné à L’Édifice et tout était parfait du début à la fin. J’ai opté pour la formule du midi, avec en entrée un délicieux fromage blanc aux herbes et lardons, suivi d’une cuisse de poulet jaune accompagnée de riz sauté et courgettes : un plat généreux, savoureux, parfaitement assaisonné. En dessert, le moelleux pomme-noix-cannelle a été la touche finale gourmande idéale. Le service est chaleureux, attentionné sans être envahissant. Le cadre est convivial, avec une belle ambiance entre modernité et authenticité. Mention spéciale pour la belle sélection de vins au verre. Un vrai coup de cœur ! Rapport qualité-prix imbattable pour une pause déjeuner réussie. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter, et je recommande vivement !
