cuisine très spécifique, plats nationaux originaux. certainement pas pour tout le monde, je n'ai tout simplement pas compris et j'étais juste curieux.

Un vieux bouchon qui travaille encore dans la tradition et l'humilité. On apprécie l'authenticité et la qualité de la cuisine. Cervelles a la persillade excellente !!!!!
