I wouldn’t have believed it possible that such an outstanding restaurant could exist in England. Everything is first class - the quality of the ingredients, the cooking of them, the selection of the wines, the delightful ambience, and the professionalism of the amiable staff. I have dined in fine restaurants on the continent and Scandinavia, but have rarely seen one to equal Wilton’s.
