I dined at the hotel last night. I thought the food exceptional especially the lobster toast and bread course. The monkfish also was delicious. Dessert was a work of art. I do think in terms of service they are still finding their feet as an integrated brigade. There were two very knowledgeable staff members both the lady from behind the bar who i had encountered earlier and a gentleman who delivered the food. They were standouts, informative, engaging and interactive. The younger two members lacked the same polish and knowledge i felt. This is not a criticism just that they are not yet meshing at the same level. Small fyi for the kitchen team, your customers can hear your dinner service conversations as you work :)
