Mrs Vegetarian and I were out buying books for our business and after an earlyish start we wanted some breakfast to kick off our day. After a browse on the Goog we decided to visit The Neva London, Camden Passage, Islington. This turned out to be a Great decision. Firstly, the business is privately owned. It is incredibly important that we support this type of business over the 'chains'. On entering the establishment we got a waft of coffee which set my tummy rumbling. The sweet treats looked fabulous, very tempting, but today we were after something brunchy. The menu has 5 - 6 options, many of which suited Mrs Vegetarian. Happy Wife, Happy Life. We both chose the avocado on toast with the addition of a poached egg. These also came with a Rose Harissa which I was all for, Mrs Vegetarian however can't handle the spice so that was left off hers. Layout wise, there are 4-5 seats outside, a table for 2 in the main area and upstairs seating for 20 is. Fresh tap water is available on the ground and upper floor. The food arrived after a short wait, all freshly prepared. The Avo was Amazing btw. So creamy. Eggs were perfect (even though the chef thought one wasn't hence why there's two on Mrs plate). All in all a great meal and just what we needed. Strongly recommend you give them a try if you are near. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
