Oh boy, I'm still reliving yesterday's food life highlight 🤤 The best sandwich I EVER had and the mental euphoria of finally meeting my perfect lunch will stay with me for a long time. My foodie friend took me here and I'm so glad I don't live near by otherwise I'd have to buy shares in the Dusty Knuckle. The focaccia in the sandwich was the carbohydrate of dreams. Fluffy, bouncy, chewy: soaking up the beautifully made aubergines and tomato paste on which meatballs of beef, pork and courgettes were frolicking happily around. The pickled crunchy cabbage adding a tang to the party in the mouth and then a labneh yoghurty second sauce just adding a silky layer to the whole experience. . . . . . Sorry, I passed out for a few seconds into a foodie daydream. . . . There's even veggie and vegan options which I'm assured is utterly sensational by my friend. Well done the chefs for the most imaginative ideas for sandwiches known to London. Perhaps in the world.
