We had an exceptional afternoon tea experience at The Chinoiserie. Our waiter Kirill spent time educating us on the teas we chose as well as providing detailed information on the inspiration of Cadogan Gardens in the selection of sandwiches, palate cleansers, scones and patisseries that were included, all done by memory. We were able to change our tea selection multiple times and get refills on the sandwiches and scones. The atmosphere itself was calming and decadent, but did not come across as overly pretentious. Dress code was smart casual. Kirill really made our visit truly exceptional. Highly recommend this afternoon tea experience to anyone looking for one where the service goes above and beyond.

Brunch at Chinois, Juneira Hotel Sloane Square, was nothing short of magical. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such warmth and treated like absolute royalty. The ambience was elegant, the service flawless, and every detail made me feel celebrated. I found the afternoon tea, via the afternoon tea awards website (we often use this to go to various spots) and it’s fair to say that the service and the food was exceptional from start to finish! The food was truly delightful, the coronation chicken was the award winner for me, but all of the other sandwiches were just as delightful. The palette cleansers in between the rounds were a very thoughtful touch and were just as delicious as the main courses. The scones were the best we’ve ever had, the texture and taste were just on point and not too heavy like others we’ve had before and then for the deserts - well these were truly delectable!! Tea was fantastic! Moreover, the service provided by Kirril was utterly outstanding, his knowledge on the tea’s, the recommendations he made and his approach to customer service, was just perfect. Kirril certainly made our visit that bit more special - he is an asset to the team and you can see his passion and enthusiasm in what he does. Thank you truly, for a fantastic experience! Will recommend time and time again!
