I had actually ordered from the New Cross store by mistake and was not expecting much from the service in terms of customisation or overall quality but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered at around 9:30 this morning and everything came in fantastic condition. All amendments were acknowledged and I’m very thankful for that. Also thank you for the extra cookie, much appreciated ☺️<3

They were super quick,abit too quick actually as I arrived a little after the estimated time for collection and it was already waiting for me... unfortunately as it was for my daughter at home the Chipotle cheese bites were a bit cold by the time I got home but they reheated fine and she was happy- was very happy with the sub It was very convenient and being able to pick it up on the way home saved a bit of £.. Great! Likely to do that again; I hadn't realised it was so big .. great if surprising location
