actually ridiculous how long they take to make ONE sub. during 1pm on weekdays there is only one staff member on hand having to serve over 8 people in line along with making uber eats, deliveroo AND just eat orders. it is SO slow, ive been multiple times on my lunch break and i have timed it. over 22 minutes of my time is gone on waiting in line and having my sub being made vs weekends where they are busy but have more staff on hand and it takes no more than 5 minutes. hire more staff!!! especially when everyone is going to be on their lunch breaks coming for food.
