I have to start this review off applauding the high class service we received when dining at SiLVA. Elena (I assume the manager for the shift) was phenomenal. So friendly and welcoming, very patient and very professional. The staff all welcomed us upon arrival and were attentive throughout our time there. So thank you to everyone for such a lovely experience. Now onto the food. Each meal we had was absolutely delicious. The presentation was excellent, the flavours were on point, and I thought the portions were quite fair. I can highly recommend the French Toast and Fried Chicken with Waffles. To be fair I think you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I also appreciate the decor of the restaurant. It’s got a very warm ambience and you can tell everything for the interior has been well thought out. I can only highly recommend this restaurant.

Lovely new restaurant in Mayfair which serves delicious food and isn’t style over substance like a lot of places in that area..service was attentive and courteous. One of our group was delayed but we didn’t feel rushed to order but that maybe because it was a weekday booking. Ambience is quiet but relaxed. The food and wine selection was fantastic as were the cocktails. Highlight was the duck main which was perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce. Would definitely love to come back
