We have been ordering Onam and Vishu sadhya from Shilpa restaurant since 2023.They have always maintained good quality and great service.The food is always delicious, in good quantity and true to Kerala taste.Will highly recommend their sadhyas (Kerala feast served on banana leaf) to anyone looking for authentic Kerala cuisine!

We visited Shilpa Indian Restaurant in Hammersmith yesterday for their annual Onam Sadhya, and what a treat it was! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, with a wonderful festive spirit that truly celebrated Kerala’s cultural richness. The Sadhya itself was exceptional — an impressive spread of traditional Kerala vegetarian dishes served on a banana leaf, each one bursting with authentic flavour. From the tangy sambar and creamy avial to the perfectly balanced olan and crispy banana chips, every element was clearly prepared with care and respect for tradition. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the meal ended with a divine payasam — rich, sweet, and absolutely soul-satisfying. It was the perfect way to round off a memorable feast. A big thank you to the team at Shilpa for bringing a slice of Kerala to London. This was more than just a meal — it was a beautiful cultural experience that my family and I will remember for a long time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic South Indian cuisine in the city!
