Very cold attitude. Ordered Chai from the menu that didn't describe it well. Got Chai Latte instead. Expressed that menu isn't clear and I don't like my drink. No attempt whatsoever to resolve it other than just repeating what the menu said, which was wrong in the first place. A robot would do a better job probably. Spent £45 between two of us for a 40 min stay, so were not exactly skinting either to be treated so shabbily.

Saucer & Cup is our go-to neighborhood place for coffee and chai. The food and pastries are delicious—especially the chicken Caesar sandwich, BLT, and cardamom bun. The owner Tony is very personable and welcoming. Plus they’re dog friendly! Highly recommend a visit.
