I went to Pret A Manger and ordered a cortado, but one of the workers didn’t know what it was. Half an hour later, another family came in and also tried to order a cortado. I find it hard to believe that someone making coffees doesn’t know what a cortado is. The staff need more training.

Amazing coffee and customer service. Also very reasonably priced. I would like to give a shout out to Nidhi. she was working on her own with such a great demeanour and efficency. When there are no customers she is tidying up and doing other tasks. She is just wonderful. Their seating is spacious and comfortable. I recommend this location.
