I had a lovely experience at Pret. Sabrina was absolutely fantastic. So friendly, chatty, and welcoming. She really made me feel at ease and added such a personal touch to my visit. The hot chocolate was rich and comforting, and the croissant was fresh, flaky, and delicious. The atmosphere was great overall, but Sabrina’s kindness and energy trumade it special. I’ll definitely be coming back for my morning coffee before work.
