Staff was friendly, and the flat white I ordered was actually really tasty. Truth be told, I was visiting Kensington Garden and Palace, and I couldn't locate a restroom, and one of the closest options was this Pret A Manger. I've seen these coffee shops all throughout the city, but this was my experience with them. The interior reminds me a bit of a Panera bread restaurant in terms of color, space, furniture, and ambiance. Some tips: If you need to use the restroom, you will need to order something and they will provide you with a 4-digit code to type in. The restrooms are unisex, but there are 3 stalls.
