Last time too much coffee in my cortado!

Service so slow.. assistants on phone and didn’t listen to me at all ! Coffee had to go back ! Looked as if the assistant would rather be anywhere else. One of them had no hair protection on even though she had lots of hair untidily tied back .food very expensive too 😳
