I usually in here when I visit an office nearby and on this occasion I just had a coconut milk latte and croissant. In France the products are tastier than Paul UK. May be it’s my imagination but the drink and pastries are pretty average. The staff are always professional and the interior and washroom are clean, tidy and bright.

I come here regularly as I work in the building in front of pauls, Id like to say the meal deal is great on weekdays and I think most the staff is great, especially the blonde skinny lady that always wears a ponytail she’s very lovely and the guy with long hair who wears glasses. They provide great service but.. The first thing I would like to note on is that the breakfast says it’s from 8am-2pm, the last time I came at 12pm and they told me they couldn’t do it that day as the kitchen staff is on break, and then the other time last I came at 1 pm and they said they couldn’t do it as they are training a new person, And then this time I came at 1pm again and they said they are not able to do scrambled eggs, only poached eggs, so I took poached although I wanted scrambled eggs. If the kitchen closes early , the manager should definitely consider changing the time on the menu, the blonde girl with ponytail had to convince the kitchen to make me it and the short lady that wears hijab was frowning as per usual and said she wouldn’t do it, so the other person working at the kitchen cooked it , (fyi my parents are Muslim, it’s not about her being a hijabi) it’s about her being rude everytime I come in even tho I smile and ask her how is she and speak to her very politely, she should work on her attitude because people that she serve are not trying to upset her, we are simply coming in for food on our work lunch. And I have worked as a barista for a year prior to this, the latte art isn’t existent in this cafe either Id like to note that because I worked in cafes for a long time in the past, I am firstly very understanding and polite, and secondly expect to be treated with decency , for me to criticise a coffee place takes a lot

Usual Paul selection which we enjoyed but some of the pastries seemed stale or at least not extremely fresh
