I had a brilliant experience at Nando’s today and wanted to highlight the amazing service I received from Sheyla. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Sheyla was attentive without being overbearing, checked in at just the right times, and her warm personality really made the visit stand out. It’s not often you come across someone who makes you feel both valued as a customer and relaxed at the same time, but Sheyla managed exactly that. The food, as always, was delicious – fresh, hot, and full of flavour – but it was Sheyla’s professionalism and kindness that truly made the experience memorable. She is a credit to the team and to Nando’s. Thank you, Sheyla, for making my visit such a positive one. I’ll definitely be coming back!
