I am usually hesistant to write negative reviews about places, but I have had numerous bad experiences at Lavelle, despite really wanting to like the place. I'll start with the positive: The carrot wrap is delicious and some of the paintings on the wall are pretty. The positives end there: The staff is extremely rude, bordering on hostile and belligerent, which certainly does not attract customers (as many people in this comment thread have stated). Filter coffee is decent, but the espresso is sour-- not to mention overpriced. Besides the carrot wrap, most of the food is meh (the protein balls are downright horrible!). The smoothies and birchers curiously come from bottles in their fridge, at the front which they pour onto plates/into cups if one dines in, which is unappetising and a little disheartening, since one would hope something like a smoothie would be made fresh. Moreover, despite stating that they are a vegan food and wellness store, there are very few vegan options, which is dismaying. The actual place is fine inside with more seating then most places in the area (although they are fast to kick people out, especially students!); the bathrooms are not clean. All in all, get a carrot wrap to go-- or just save your money and skip the place. EDIT: As of 08/2025, they have moved to a new location and changed their menu, so the carrot wrap, this business' saving grace, is gone. I tried the tofu wrap thing and it was vile, so I guess I shan't be returning. Bye and RIP carrot wrap!

Hay muchas cafeterías en Londres, es difícil tener alguna diferencia una de otras. Pero esta cafetería tiene mucha variedad de productos para todos los gustos.( voy con la familia y cada uno de nosotros queremos cosas diferentes) aquí la hemos encontrado. No es muy grande pero acogedora La recomiendo para cualquier turista o residente de Londres
