The food in this Itsu meets the high standard that one can expect from this chain, the atmosphere is generally very pleasant and the location is very good, but the real star of the show at this particular branch is the service. I tend to come in the evenings before work, and the staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful — it really elevates the whole experience.
