I visited Hayatt camberwell for the first time a month ago and was well welcomed by the security especially the female security. I decided to visit again last Friday because of the warm welcome I received the last time and the ambience and food but was disappointed to meet another female security who couldn't even express herself while trying to write my name on the vape she wrapped up. The environment was cozy as always but the management needs to be more friendly and hospitable to customers as they are really lacking in that area.

I’m very disappointed with the experience at this establishment, particularly with the security staff. Their attitude towards customers is extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of welcoming or assisting guests, they behave aggressively and make you feel unwelcome from the start. Additionally, the overall customer service is severely lacking. The staff seem disinterested, inattentive, and untrained in basic hospitality. For a place that claims to serve the public, there is a lot of work to be done in terms of treating customers with respect and courtesy. I would not recommend this place unless the management takes these concerns seriously and makes efforts to train their team especially the security on how to interact with clients professionally.
