It is a pity the one member of the staff does not know how to behave with customers and is rude and unhelpful Shame as it spoils the reputation of a good bakery.

Dreadful dreadful dreadful Dont bother. They dont listen. They dont care. Ask for butter in your roll/ sandwich and toasted. Instead they deliver crap service, dont listen and over charge. Try eating unbuttured roll, hard as rock and untoasted. RITZ prices and appalling high street bakery. Avoid at all times

I treat myself from time to time as their bakery produces yummy stuff, but £4.40 for a loaf of white challah I feel is a bit too expensive. I’d be happy to pay a little more than a main stream supermarket, ofcourse, but not 3 times as much.
