I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time because of the amazing service I received. I came to the Kilburn Greggs today and was served by Maryam. From the moment I walked in, she was polite, welcoming, and really helpful. She gave me great recommendations and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about giving good customer service, but Maryam really stood out. She turned what could have just been a quick stop for food into a really positive experience. Because of the way she treated me, I’ll definitely be coming back to this branch. Customer service like this makes such a big difference, and I just wanted to make sure it gets recognised. Well done Maryam – you’re a credit to Greggs!!!

My mum gets these delicious cream/'Bavarian' slices for me. These along with the 'cream iced finger' are fresh, full of cream and moreish. Tastes like ice cream cake, perfect for enjoying in the sun! Cheaper, fresher & better quality than the supermarkets & online shops. Unfortunately, they're not available to purchase via online delivery apps otherwise I would be eating them more often.
