I love my local Gail’s. The morning staff is so lovely and know my coffee order at this point. The coffee is great and the food is really good. I would recommend the blueberry brioche or muffin. Best muffins in London!

Jeden Morgen bei unserem London Trip war die GAIL‘s Bakery unsere erste Station. Mit tollen Backwaren und einem sehr guten Kaffee startete man richtig gut. Aber auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter gefiel uns sehr gut . Wenn wir wieder nach London kommen , dann als erstes zu „unserer“ Bakery .

Gail’s really need to work on the service side of things, this branch in particular. One female member of staff in particular seemed to think she was doing me a favour by serving. Politely asking for a receipt seemed too much of a chore. Coffee is ok but once you add the quite frankly ridiculous charge for oat milk on top (45p extra) it becomes a very expensive flat white. If the service was better I could try to justify the cost but honestly with so much competition on this stretch of high street go somewhere else!
