Service was quite poor. We arrived 1hr before closing time and ordered coffee and some pastries. Despite telling them we wanted to sit in they served us in takeaway cups. They also forgot the pastries and did not clean the table, despite telling us they would, until they saw us cleaning it ourselves. This is far below the usual level of service for Gail's.
