I had breakfast at Gail’s, and while the quality of the cappuccino and pain aux raisin was decent, it wasn’t exceptional. At £7.85, the price feels steep for what you get. Nice atmosphere, but the value for money could be better.

I'm beyond greatful to the staff at Gail's today. My blood sugar was dropping dangerously low so I stopped in to get a sweet treat. By this point I was feeling sweaty, shaky, sweaty and slightly confused. I needed somewhere to sit and compose myself. When I was feeling a little better the staff came over with a treat to take with me in case it dropped again. How incredibly thoughtful of them! It has been very hard to control insulin levels in this heat and the treat came in handy half an hour later. THANK YOU!
