During my recent visit, I found the interaction with the sales assistant at the till quite difficult. The assistant spoke very quietly despite the loud atmosphere in the store, making it hard to hear. When I leaned in and politely asked for clarification, I was met with a look that suggested I was at fault. This was particularly disappointing as I was using a birthday voucher and had expected the experience to feel special.
