As an American, I had my reservations about a fast food burger joint in London. However, tourists (and others) rest assured, this is a solid option for something quick, affordable and satisfying.

If you enjoy stir fry donner, then I'd recommend the munch box from Fat Fellas. You get chips, salad, plenty of donner, two onion rings and a 1/4 pounder cheese burger. Upgrade to large and you get all this for under £13, which for Central London is astonishingly good value. I took this back home, as I needed to catch my train but was still very much delicious when I warmed it up in the microwave. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. It is best to eat this fresh while sitting in. The place is well maintained. I have been coming here for the donner for 9 years, (even when it was called Sizzling Bombay) and never been disappointed. Highly recommended.
