The quality is what you would expect from any Costa Coffee,croissants, toast, etc. The cappuccino is good, with the perfect temperature. The staff is very kind and smiling, which is not something you can take for granted at 6:30 in the morning. The place is very spacious, with lots of light and background music that isn’t too loud. It’s a suitable environment for meeting friends, studying, and perfect for early workers,many of whom are regulars at this Costa. The environment is very clean and also suitable for those who unfortunately need to use a wheelchair. There is an internal restroom accessible to people with disabilities as well.

Very rude service. I was seeing how she was burning the milk of the latte, over steaming it, and I told her to please not to make so hot as she was burning it and flavour would change. Her only response is “you have to tell me before” no sorry no nothing. Not even a single hello or please or thank you either. You are a burden to them and they make you feel that way
