First ever visit to this store as the cinema didn't have what I wanted. Bought an orange juice which was par for the course price wise. Woman at the till was pleasant enough. Nothing wrong with the shop but this visit is probably a one off.

Kiah the barista was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable. She was running the whole place herself and doing an amazing job! She deserves a raise!

Rude server, got my order wrong and gave me a look when I told her that. Said the costa reward doesn't work in this shop. Didn't tell us when our drinks were ready. Ruined the experience for catching up with friends.
