Hot chocolate was amazing, but I asked for the service charged to be removed because I don't agree paying 12.5% extra just for two hot chocolates and the waitress questioned me about this and asked why. Service charges are not mandatory, and I found it pretty rude for the staff to ask why it was removed. Made it really awkward, healthcare workers don't ask for tips 😂
