I want to apologise for what happened today. I’m a loyal 3 app member, and honestly, I didn’t realise the first time that the code only worked on certain drinks not the seasonal or the luxury drinks. Today, I tried to use it again on a vanilla iced latte, thinking it would work, but the barcode came up invalid which was very strange The staff member that served me told me that this was the second time this happened. I feel embarrassed about it and want to make it clear that it wasn’t my intention to cause any trouble. From now on, I’ll just pay out of pocket
