I was really disappointed at the service this time. I’ve visited before and had wonderful service from the waitress who was warm & attentive. However it was very different, the man today was unfriendly and unapproachable. Whenever I called him it felt like a bother to him. Upon checking the bill he did not even wait just left it and went back to the counter. The service was so poor I had to ask to remove the service charge cause it felt unfair to pay for something I did not receive. I included 50p. Please improve honestly, I went today because last time was great. A let down.
