I stopped by Black Sheep Coffee recently and asked for a warm coffee instead of the usual hot one, since I can’t tolerate drinks that are too hot. To my surprise, the new barista got it absolutely perfect! The temperature was just right — warm, comforting, and drinkable straight away. I was genuinely impressed, especially when I found out he was new. It’s rare to see that level of attention and care from someone just starting out. Really appreciated the great service!

Always loved black sheep coffee and get it about twice a week when at work. However, this branch seems to recently have employed new baristas who cannot make a good coffee for the life of them. Coffee is watered down, bitter and boiling hot to the point of burning the milk. Unacceptable for a £5 coffee.
