The range of gelato was great but all other flavours apart from the sorbets (pineapple, lime were new ones in addition to mango and strawberry - the usuals) had egg so I couldn't try them.. I tried Venezuelan dark chocolate (vegan) gelato which was very nice but I was really looking forward to trying other flavours too as I have tried different flavours with no eggs at other gelateria.. Also, I wanted to try their famous pistachio hot chocolate but that's served only in winters so I will go back again ! The in-store sitting area was not very clean which was a bit of a downer, but overall was a nice place.

Lovely ice cream - very odd that they don't let you use a reusable coffee cup for a coffee or affogato? The staff said they were told not to accept these cups - the first excuse was it would look different in my cup and I could complain. And the second reason was the coffee cup won't fit in the espresso machine - except it's the same machine that is almost at every other coffee shop where I use this cup. I would imagine that the company would be happy to use less plastic and disposable items because it's better for their bottom line and the environment.
