Had a late Friday night dinner here. Al dente is a hidden gem. I recommend it to all my friends. Also good for out of towners who like fresh pasta. Food is so fresh — I highly recommend. Staff is very kind and music is good!!

Cacio e Pepe The pasta itself was cooked perfectly, the texture was spot on. Perfectly al dente. However, the sauce leaned too much toward black pepper and didn’t have enough of the “cacio” flavor. The cream was also a bit too runny for my taste. That said, this place is still a great compromise if you’re looking for decent pasta dishes at affordable prices!
