I have visited every single Gauthier in London…123V browns, 123Bakery, studio Gauthier, and Gauthier SoHo…I came in for the £6.80 salad deal I saw on chefs instagram. While the food was delicious and nutritious I wasn’t super happy with the service as I asked for the wifi password and the staff said go around you’ll find it…

A lovely place for a light lunch. 123V offers a 'Plant Power' lunch deal - a drink, sandwich/salad box and a dessert for £14 (from 12pm). The iced coffee and strawberry tart for dessert were excellent! The sandwiches were good, I went for the Bronx. The focaccia bread was very tasty but compared to other sandwiches the 'meat' was not something prepared in house. I didn't try the salad bar but the dishes on offer looked appealing. Comfy seating with a nice outdoor area available. Overall a great place and would recommend!
