Great visit to hightown inn this evening. Very accommodating staff. Warm and welcome Food was great. Stand outside where the sausage and mash, camabert and cheese cake. Happily visit again and worth the price point

Great place to eat and drink. Loads of choice at the bar, good quality food with offers in the week. Good sized beer garden with a play are for the kids. Plenty of parking or if you want a few it is literally next to the Hightown (merseyrail) train station. Definitely worth a try.
