After getting my haircut next door on the afternoon of Friday 5th April 2024, I decided to have something to eat next door at RayRayz - Authentic Caribbean Cuisine. I select the Curry Goat with fantastic rice, it was so good that I only remembered to take the photo of the cuisine AFTER I had eat it. Maximum enjoyment in a place that you can eat in. I shall return. One Love.

So after eating at raggas for decades , had to try somewhere else a bit further down the road Ray Rayz. Lovely lady on till and good atmosphere. Ordered the curried goat that is cooked on the bone and is so soft and succulent and melts in your mouth. Added a side of jerkgravy to make it more flavoursome and moist. The chicken curry was lovely, meat again tender and flavours where excellent . But placed on the rice with the rice soaking up the gravy to say . so had to get a side of gravy to add more to meal ......Slurp The patty's where chicken and lamb and where lovely but when compare to raggas I prefer raggas . The Mac and cheese is lovely , slight spicy and peppery and different than other pastas before , could eat a full massive tub of it . Very moreish When comparing raggas and Ray ray's I'd say they are slightly different and not a direct replacement for each other . The patties where lovely and meat flavoursome but raggas has herbs that elevate there patties above. Rice was adequate . Will be back to try other dishes can't wait .
