I visit Laprilla Waterloo regularly, and one thing’s consistent: Emre is an absolute superstar! Tonight it seemed like he ran the entire restaurant serving tables, working the bar, keeping everything flowing. The guy’s doing the work of many. It’s a breath of fresh air when Emre’s on shift.
