⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Despite a particularly hectic afternoon where Café Nero had run out of both ice and milk two essentials you’d think would derail any coffee shop experience Ellen and Ali absolutely exceeded expectations. Their professionalism, warm attitude, and problem-solving approach turned what could’ve been a frustrating visit into a genuinely pleasant one. They handled the situation with grace, offering great alternatives and making sure every customer still felt valued and taken care of. It’s rare to see such dedication under pressure, and it really stood out. Thanks to their incredible service, I’ll definitely be returning to this store more often. It’s the kind of experience that makes you feel like more than just a customer. I’m also proud to recommend this branch and especially Ellen and Ali to other local businesses looking for great service and a positive atmosphere. Truly a credit to the Café Nero brand!

Es un local más de esta cadena. Un lugar sin personalidad, a mi entender "disfrazado" de cafetería independiente, que incluso quiere evocar a Italia. Su café y bollería van acorde con su modelo de negocio: no está mal pero no es comparable a una cafetería tradicional o una pastelería artesana. Está claramente por debajo. Pues bien, después de llegar a Liverpool y sorprendernos la lluvia, nos refugiamos aquí para desayunar y esperar a que escampase. No fue la primera vez ni será la última que consumamos en uno de estos establecimientos. Cumplen con su cometido, que es calmar el hambre y ofrecer un lugar a cubierto.
