I started Clinical classes at the Pilates Room 18 months ago after having a comprehensive review with Christian to establish my fitness and ability levels. This gave me great confidence and, since then, I haven't looked back. The classes are excellent and my mobility, stamina and energy levels are so much improved. I attend twice weekly and always look forward to my classes. Christian is a great teacher - and he makes it fun!

You will never get a stretch like it! The reformer classes are addictive and the class time flies by. My favourite way to exercise and with the best instructors. Always leave the classes feeling 100 times better than when I go!
