Es increíble que la gente vaya a la biblioteca a hablar por teléfono en voz alta, a hablar entre ellos también y a comer . Las bibliotecas suelen ser para leer y estudiar en silencio en cualquier lugar del mundo. Tiene libre Wifi, es muy pequeña, tiene dos plantas , la de arriba es infantil, la de abajo es de adultos . Hay algunos puestos de estudio pero no hay silencio para estudiar .
