He estado entrenando en este gimnasio durante varios años y la experiencia ha sido excelente en todos los sentidos. Las instalaciones son modernas, espaciosas y muy bien equipadas, con maquinaria de última generación tanto para cardio como para entrenamiento de fuerza. Además, cuentan con zonas específicas para estiramientos, clases dirigidas y entrenamiento funcional, lo cual permite variar mucho la rutina. La limpieza es impecable, algo que valoro muchísimo. Los baños y vestuarios están siempre en perfectas condiciones, al igual que las áreas comunes. Se nota que hay un compromiso real con la higiene y el mantenimiento. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el personal. Desde los entrenadores hasta el personal de limpieza, todos son amables, profesionales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Los monitores están muy implicados: te corrigen la técnica, te motivan y están atentos a tus progresos. Se nota que les importa tu bienestar y tus resultados.

Un gran descubrimiento en León. Instalaciones y maquinas muy cuidadas y nuevas. Ubicación estupenda para poder aparcar Con monitores siempre dispuestos a ayudar además de un ambiente muy familiar. Las clases de CrossFit con Isma son muy top!! y las adapta a ti como nadie. Totalmente recomendable, sin fallo
