Czy można w Katowicach poczuć się jak w podhalańskiej restauracji? A no można.. Klimat tego miejsca jest niesamowity, wystrój z drewnianych pali, motywy górskie, ciepły kominek, w tle góralska nuta. Czego chcieć więcej? Jedynie w tych warunkach dobrze zjeść. Tesciu polecił obiad, a że byłam na Śląsku to zdecydowałam się na roladę z kluskami i kapustą. I teraz mogę się już rozpłynąć... Mięso rozpływało się w ustach, wyczuwalny chrupiący ogórek i dobre doprawienie współgrało na talerzu, dodatkowo kapustą idealna w punkt krucha wraz z kawałkami miesa była bardzo smaczna, a kluski? Puszyste jak chmurka. Wszystko w naprawdę pysznym sosie. Jeśli to jest kwintesencja kuchni śląskiej- to ja w to wchodzę w ciemno. Naprawdę było pysznie. Serdecznie pozdrawiam Poznanianka z krwi i kości.

Miejsce utrzymane w góralskim klimacie, który dodatkowo podkreśla muzyka płynąca z głośników. Jedna z lepszych rolad śląskich, jakie miałam okazję spróbować. Obsługa bardzo miła, lokal czysty i zadbany. Naprawdę trudno się do czegokolwiek przyczepić.
