I ordered a room there, paid a deposit and they don’t want to return it back. Who has the same situation, write to booking and police

Bonjour, j’ai payé une chambre sur booking et après le paiement le propriétaire me demande une caution de plusieurs centaines d’euros pour pouvoir accéder au logement! Il indique aussi qu il gardera au moins 14 jours la caution avant de la rendre si tout va bien. Bref il n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce que vous devez laisser durant 2 semaines une caution. Lorsque je demande le remboursement car je ne souhaitais pas verser une caution on me dit que la location ne sera pas remboursée. Je ne recommande pas cette location, fuyez le plus loin possible!!!

Zacznijmy od tego że nie jest to piekarnia i ktoś manipuluje adresem oraz lokalizacją, powinno być pod nazwą i adresem "Victoria Apartments III , ul.Sobieskiego 24, Katowice, w serwisie booking widnieje pod tą nazwą i tym samym adresem. Uważajcie zanim postanowicie wynająć tam niby apartament, rezerwacje składaliśmy poprzez booking w czasie podróży gdzie w ogóle nie widniała na pierwszej stronie informacja odnośnie kaucji w wysokości 1450zl, było to ukryte na ostatniej stronie po rozwinięciu dodatkowego menu, bardzo sprytnie zrobione. Niestety w pośpiechu przechodząc do następnego punktu przeoczyłem ten mały tekst odnośnie kaucji, ale to chyba większość z nas przerabiała. Postanowiłem zrezygnować z rezerwacji ponieważ dla nas to był absurd płacić tak wysoką kaucję za jedną dobę, do tego znalazłem opinie na temat obiektu. Przy próbie rezygnacji dostałem email żeby się skontaktować z obiektem, pod podanym numerem +48 533 018 066 odzywa się tylko automatyczna sekretarka. Wymieniłem kilka wiadomosci email z panią z obsługi, która dała mi jasno do zrozumienia ze nie odzyskam pieniędzy za rezerwacje, chociaż miałem do tego prawo. Natomiast serwis booking że promuje takie miejsca to jestem w szoku. Minusy; -brak zwrotu kosztów rezerwacji -ukryty koszt depozytu -beznadziejna obsługa, a raczej jej brak -Pani która odpisała na email, arogancka Plusy; - nie ma żadnych plusów, nie polecam !
