I ordered a Sundubu-jjigae which had a V (in green) sign. But when it got served, it had egg on top of it. When asked the staff said that I ordered the one which had even fish in it. It turns out that they have two dish options with the exact same name one with fish and other without it. My first complaint was that why wasn't I asked when I ordered the dish if I wanted the veg or the non-veg one knowing they both had the same name. Then the staff was kind enough to replace my order with the other one however I was served again with eggs. While I am also at fault that I didn't notice the eggs mentioned there, why has the restaurant used V before the dish. If it can be vegan they should mention "can be made Vegan" instead of using the V symbol. In addition, when the staff did agree to replace the dish, shouldn't they mention/ask that the other dish has eggs, and if that is okay or not? Food was good, I'm not going to complain about that but they need to be more professional about their customers.
