One of the favourite museums! Always a new exhibition, great place to get familiar with both Finnish and international artists. The villa itself is so cozy and stylish! It's also a pleasure to spend time in the yard surrounding the house. You can get here by car (free parking) or bike. Sometimes there could be a queue to enter but it usually doesn't take longer than 10 minutes

I was surprised to see a Henry Moore work outside next to the pool, not being aware that there’s tons of his work inside the collection which was amazing. I loved seeing a few pieces of Kandinsky, Picasso and Dali’s work as well. There was a tiny collection of Persian artifacts from 800 BC to 2000 BC but they had exhibited it in a tiny hallway next to the bathroom and no one was looking at it. Such a shame, it definitely needs the attention it deserves. The book collection was fascinating, of course we couldn’t touch them but seeing a book with Nazi sign was horrendous and I don’t think it’s necessary to have it on display. That made the experience for me a little bit bitter.
