A culinary work of art! Artis impresses not only with its excellent ingredients and creative cooking, but also with the artistic presentation of the dishes. Nothing is left to chance here. Every dish arrives on the table like a work of art and tells a story. From the carefully selected tableware to the sometimes truly delicate decoration, every meal must also be enjoyed as a feast for the eyes. During our visit, we deliberately took our time to appreciate this before letting the small culinary wonders disappear into our mouths. There, a true explosion of flavor unfolds. Although various Asian, predominantly Japanese, influences are clearly played with here, this is never superficial or intrusive, and at the same time Philipp Dyczek and his team remain true to their culinary roots. We enjoyed every moment of this evening. Artis is a culinary enrichment for the unfortunately far too predictable and often modest culinary scene in Graz.

Ich habe letztes Jahr Hubert Wallner als derzeit besten Koch in Österreich bezeichnet, heute muss ich und möchte ich Philipp Dyczek auf dieselbe Stufe stellen - es war ein wunderbarer Abend mit einem exzeptionellen Menü! Bitte besucht diesen Koch - er ist jeden Cent wert !!!!!!

Nicht nur ein Feuerwerk für die Geschmacksnerven, sondern auch eine beeindruckende Präsentation der fantastischen Gänge. Es war für uns ein Fest aller Sinne. Definitiv zählen wir das Artis zu den Top 3 unserer besuchten Spitzengastronomen international. Ohne Bedenken kann es dem Vergleich mit der 2-Sterne Gastronomie standhalten und der ein oder anderen Küche noch viel zeigen. Hervorragende Küche, perfekter Service, ausgesprochen guter Sommelier.
