Hay kebabs… y luego está el Poco Loco. No era solo un sitio para comer. Era el final glorioso de cada noche universitaria. Ese lugar donde acabábamos medio doblados, con los ojos rojos de risa (y otras cosas), buscando alguien con quien partir un kebab, y si no, pues uno entero para el alma. Iba unas 4 veces por semana. Sin exagerar. Era parte del planning: clase – birras – fiesta – Poco Loco. La vida universitaria en estado puro. Y no era solo la comida. Era el trato de los chavales que lo llevaban, las bromas sin filtro, el “¿huevo y queso?” con mirada cómplice, y esa manera de hacerte sentir cliente habitual aunque estuvieras medio disociado. Ahora vivo otra etapa, y sí… lo echo de menos. Echo de menos ese olor a plancha, ese calor de madrugada, y sobre todo, esa mezcla de caos, hambre, y felicidad auténtica que solo un sitio como el Poco Loco te puede dar.
